Trisha Yearwood’s culinary career continues.  The country star is prepping for the release of her new cookbook, “Trisha’s Table: My Feel-Good Favorites For A Balanced Life.”  Balance is a key word for the singer, who explains that she still agrees with the saying, “Everything in moderation, including moderation.”  But she admits she’s “adopted an 80/20 rule” when it comes to food.  Trisha says she’ll “make good choices” 80-percent of the time, and let herself “splurge” the other 20-percent.  “Trisha’s Table,” Yearwood’s fourth cookbook, will be available on March 31st.
