Producer Bob Johnston has passed away.  Responsible for iconic albums from legends like Bob Dylan and Johnny Cash, the producer passed away from heart failure in Gallatin, Tennessee on Friday.  He was 83.  The Texas-native came from a musical family, and went on to help make Dylan’s albums “Blonde On Blonde” and “Highway 61 Revisited,” with the exception of the classic “Like A Rolling Stone.”  He also produced Cash’s 1968 “At Folsom Prison,” Simon and Garfunkel’s “Sounds of SIlence” and Leonard Cohen’s “Songs From A Room.”
