Friday March, 4th was a big day for Loretta Lynn. Her album “Full Circle” was released. It’s her first in ten-years. Lynn told “Rolling Stone,” she works all the time, but it doesn’t feel like work to her. She said for “Full Circle,” “We did so many songs. At first I said, ‘Let’s cut all the Number Ones again. Let’s cut all the Top Fives and then the Top Tens, and then we’ll go from there.’ I think we cut 90 songs, just playing the guitar and singing, to come out on albums. This is just the first one.” A new documentary about Lynn also premieres on PBS. “American Masters – Loretta Lynn: Still a Mountain Girl”. It includes performances and interviews with Willie Nelson, Garth Brooks, Reba McEntire, Miranda Lambert and more.

Loretta visited NBC’s Today show Friday morning to promote her latest work.   Thanks to Natalie Morales for Tweeting this pic of the Queen of Country
