Charley Pride is celebrating five-decades in the music business. He’s marking the milestone with a tour. He told “Rolling Stone Country, ” “I feel blessed that I’m still going strong after 50 years. I’ve always loved to sing for audiences and that’s never going to change. It’s been a joy to visit so many different places in the U.S. over the years.” Pride released his debut album “Country” in April 1966, and has since then earned three Grammys and multiple CMA Awards.
