The new Charlie Daniels exhibit that opens next month at the Country Music Hall Of Fame is named after one of the singer’s popular albums from 1979.
The exhibit called “Charlie Daniels: Million Mile Reflections” opens September 23rd and runs through March. It features musical instruments, stage wear, manuscripts, awards, childhood mementos and previously unpublished photographs from Daniels’ personal collection. The exhibit will describe his significant impact on American entertainment and explore the new musical style and image he brought to country music. Daniels says he can’t begin to articulate how honored he is by it. The singer will be officially inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame in October at the prestigious Medallion Ceremony.
Charlie Daniels says he has a lot of memorabilia that representatives from the Hall of Fame went through.
