Charlie Daniels has been a part of other people’s Hall of Fame inductions, and now he is preparing for his own night at the prestigious Medallion Ceremony.
Daniels is one of the 2016 inductees into the Country Music Hall of Fame. He knows from participating in previous Medallion Ceremonies that he will not know anything about who will honor him on the evening of October 16. The singer says he kind of likes that, because it adds an additional sense of excitement to the event. Daniels will be inducted along with Randy Travis and record executive Fred Foster. The ceremony will take place in the CMA Theatre at the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum in Nashville before an audience of invited guests.
