Country Music Hall Of Famer Loretta Lynn is set to release a new studio album, “Wouldn’t It Be Great,” via Legacy Recordings on Friday, August 18th. The 13-track project was recorded mostly at the Cash Cabin Studio in Hendersonville, TN and produced by Patsy Lynn Russell and John Carter Cash. The album features new material as well as reinterpretations of classics from Lynn’s catalog.
“I think you try to do better with every record you put out,” said Lynn. “It’s just everyday living — and everybody wants to know, ‘Well, what is it about your songs that people like?’ I think you’ve got to tell your stories. I just think it hits everybody, you know, the songs.” Lynn will also tour in support of the album with dates running through November. Each pair of tickets purchased for her 2017 concert dates will include a copy of Lynn’s new album, “Wouldn’t It Be Great.” For more information and tour dates, visit here
